The
Institute of Vedic Vastu and Research Foundation is organizing
International Conference "Vastu Panorama 2008"
on 15th, 16th, & 17th Feb. 2008 at Indore.
On this occassion on Exhibition is being organized. This exhibition
will be the focal point for Vastu related instruments to measure
various energies, equipments for improving environment and
eco-friendly products related to the field of vastu, building
technology and interior decoration. The manufacturers, consultants
and specialists of these fields stand to have an expert audience/visitors,
besides a nation wide coverage in various media.
We invite your organisation to participate in this mega event
by putting stall in exhibition or by giving advertisement
in the conference magazine and also sending company representatives
as delegates in the conference.
Scope of Exhibition
The exhibition has been professionally planned as a special
event of International Conference "Vastu Panorma 2004"
and is likely to be attended by delegates from United State
of America, Australia, Europe, England, South Africa, Middle
East South. Asia including India and Far East countries. This
is the occasion when exhibits/exhibitors will get International
publicity among experts specially connected with construction
industry. People from different walks of life have a/so shown
interest in Vastu and one session has been organized exclusively
for them during the conference. The exhibition will not only
add to their knowledge but popularize the product in common
public as well.
Exhibition Schedule
Stalls will be made available by 7.00 A.M. on 15th February
2008 to enable the exhibitor to complete the setting by 10
A.M. on 15th Feb. No work will be permitted inside the pavilion
after commencement of exhibition, scheduled at 10.00 AM on
15th Feb. 2008. The exhibition will open to the delegates
from 11.00 AM onwards and others from 3.00 PM onwards on all
days of the conference i.e. on 15th, 16th & 17th Feb.
2008. The space provided will be cleared by 17th evening 8
PM.

Regulation
Exhibitors will not be allowed to paint, screw or change the
front elevation. Any damage to fitting, furniture etc will
be charged as per policy of the organizers.
