Terms and Conditions: (i) The stalls will be allotted on first come first serve basis. (ii) Each stall will be provided with 2 tables with table Cloth, 2 chairs and two electric points for illumination. (iii) 100% charges will be paid at the time of booking. (iv) Cancellation of stall booking will not be considered and no refund of booking amount will be made. (v) Though adequate security arrangements will be made for the exhibition area, stall occupants will be responsible for safety of their goods. (vi) Exhibition management does not take responsibility of any kind for loss or damage due to fire, rain any other reason what so ever. (vii) The layout of exhibition stall will be produced of the time of booking. However, organizer have right to
